1. What is marine-grade plywood?
It’s marine ply wood built with waterproof bonding and high-quality veneers for use in wet environments. Therefore, it resists swelling and bond failure when sealed correctly.
2. Is it rot-proof?
Not completely. However, when you seal the faces and edges and maintain coatings, it lasts far longer than standard marine ply.
3. Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. After a light sand, apply a compatible marine varnish, paint, or epoxy system. Consequently, edges stay protected and service life increases.
