Cabinet and wardrobe backs, shelving liners, drawer bases, wall panelling, display boards, jig/templates, light boxing and trims, van/camper linings (interior), and craft or model work.
Add each piece with width × length and quantity. If you’re fitting into a frame or rebate, allow a small clearance and consider expansion. Need help optimising your cut list? Send it over and we’ll suggest an efficient panel layout.
Cut with fine-tooth blades for clean edges, then lightly sand prior to finishing. Bonds well with quality wood adhesives and takes pins/small screws into suitable framing. For visible edges, leave the birch laminations exposed or edge-tape for a sleek look. Seal edges where occasional moisture is expected.

1. Is 9mm suitable for drawer bases or cabinet backs?
Yes—9mm is commonly used for low-to-medium load drawer bottoms and cabinet backs, especially with adequate support.
2. Can I paint or veneer it directly?
Absolutely. The smooth birch face accepts paint, stain, laminate and veneer—clean and sand lightly before finishing.
3. Will I need to trim the panels on site?
No—panels are precision cut to size. Allow a small fitting tolerance if your opening isn’t perfectly square.
4. Is it ok for bathrooms or kitchens?
Use in dry interiors as standard. For humid areas, choose an appropriate moisture-resistant/exterior grade and seal all edges.
5. Can you cut holes or shapes (CNC)?
Yes—provide a drawing or cut list and we can CNC-route to suit.
