Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Direct to Customers Limited.

We hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied then we offer 7 days to return full boards but there will be 15% handling fee and £35 collection charge. We are unable to refund cut to size orders unless they have been cut to the wrong size.

Cancellation Policy

Full Board Orders

If the goods have not yet been picked, we will arrange the refund straight away although it may take up to 10 days to be processed.

Cut to Size Orders

If your order has already been cut then it will be too late to cancel the order. Please contact us to check the status.

Damaged or Faulty Goods Policy

If your order arrives damage, please contact us within 7 days with a description of the fault, and photographic evidence. We can begin processing a replacement order as soon as possible.
